Our annual election normally takes place in-person at the May General Membership Meeting. Due to Covid-19 this year’s election will be conducted through remote voting. Thank you for your participation!

Who can vote?
Members in good standing with membership fees up-to-date may vote. Each member is allowed one vote.

What is the deadline to vote?
Votes must be received by the Society by Monday, May 23rd, 2022. No exceptions.

How do I vote?

1. Electronic Voting
Members in good standing with a valid email address on file with the Society will be able to vote electronically. You will need to login to the website to access the electronic ballot and cast your vote.

An email will also be sent to members with a link to access the online voting. All other members please submit a paper ballot through snail mail.

2. Paper Ballots
Members in good standing may submit paper ballots by mail. Please use the ballot included in your May 2021 newsletter or download and print a copy from the link below. Please follow the directions on the ballot exactly. Paper Ballots may be printed or copied so long as ballots are reproduced in full, ballots are still legible and the ballot directions are followed exactly.

I have a Dual or Household Membership. Can all my personal members vote? Yes, so long as your personal members are listed on your membership. (Household Memberships are restricted to persons living in the same household and minor children.) Each member that has a valid email registered with the Society will be able to vote electronically. The rest of your personal members will need to submit paper ballots.

I just signed up. Can I still vote?
New members may vote in this election provided your membership is received, processed and paid in full and your vote received by the May 23rd deadline.

I tried to vote electronically but cannot access the webpage. Why?
To access online voting you must:

  1. Have an email address registered with your membership.
  2. Visit the online link:
