In the 1880
s, Southern California experienced agricultural, land and real estate booms. To serve a growing Southern California, numerous depots of the Southern Pacific, Santa Fe, Union Pacific and Pacific Electric dotted the landscape. In the 1920s through 1940s, the railroads re-imagined their depots along with a re-envisioned Southern California. We’ll look at the variety of diverse depot designs that served Riverside and San Bernardino County. We’ll see the small handful that survive today, and how they are used.

Monday, September 26th, 2022

This event is FREE and open to the Public.
Refreshments will be served.
