About the Artist:
Olivia Brownlee grew up at Rubel Castle. She currently resides in Eastern Washington State. A self-proclaimed polymath and descendent of musicians, pastors, doctors, and hunters, she describes her theatre degrees as her "training in semantical agility." This education has found application in a broad range of fields, including but not limited to piano tech, live historical interpretation, reimagined community marketing strategies, and teaching music abroad and domestically without using words. She currently makes a lot of noise in the Spokane area recording hot jazz, rockabilly, and a folk/secondline musical, and collaborates digitally with a wide-strewn swath of friends new and old, from Seattle to Boston, invigorating communities with music by, with, and for the people.

About the Panorama:
Drawing on the illustrious history of the great panorama paintings of the 18th and 19th centuries, The Velaslavasay Panorama is an exhibition hall, theatre and garden dedicated to the presentation of unusual visual experiences, including those of the 360-degree variety. The exhibition encircles the spectator within a vast painting of a continuous surrounding landscape, affording the viewer an opportunity to experience a complete sensory phenomenon.
